Construction of a new highly specified Strength and conditioning facility, approximately 2800sqm, with double height space S&C hall, indoor 5 lane 45m running track, viewing gallery with tiered seating, changing rooms, shower & w/c facilities, and teaching spaces on the first floor together with associated external site works.

The futuristic facility which houses the most advanced high-tech equipment and the same Mondeo Floor which was featured in the London Olympics has been recognised as the most unique centre in Europe for sports strength and conditioning and will cater for over 500 under and post graduate students a year.
