2014 Commercial Project of the Year (The Irish Construction Awards)

This award winning project involved the construction of a two floor extension to an existing office block to accommodate high quality, flexible open plan and cellular office accommodation together with support facilities. The project involved extending the existing steel structure, seemless integration of the existing facade with new and the replacement of existing windows all whilst the five storey office block remained in full operation.

The project also involved refurbishment and modifications to the existing circulation and common areas. Intelligent construction solutions utilising Manley Construction’s expert team and management systems resulted in the delivery of a truly high quality environment despite its extreme sensitive nature.
