Manley successfully delivered the innovative St. Fergal's Technology Block demonstrating their proficiency in MMC. The project entailed the prefabrication of 65 sustainable modules at their Kentstown facility, establishing a new benchmark for environmentally friendly educational buildings in Ireland. Notable features included off-site manufacturing of plant rooms, an integrated Building Management System (BMS), and the use of sustainable materials such as glulam beams and timber windows. The project timeline was remarkably efficient, with module installation completed in just 12 days.
