Manley has an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and energetic Site Manager to join our team.

We currently have a role for a Site Manager 

Role description:

  • Manage the day to day operation of the complete construction project from start to handover
  • Manage program and progress to achieve the client's timeframe
  • Represent Manley at all contract meeting
  • Assist in the procurement and management of all project supply chain members
  • Manage EHS&Q

 Suitable candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor working in Residential
  • Degree qualified in Construction / Engineering
  • Be able to communicate well and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of construction practices, trades and techniques
  • Have clear understanding of current regulations both construction and health and safety
    Experience in management of Quality on site
  • A track record in delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Have basic computing skills as a minimum
  • Be able to demonstrate methods to maintain and run projects efficiently
  • A full clean European driver’s license
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent numeracy and computer skills
  • Professional presence, dress and demeanour
