Manley has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team based at our Head Office in Duleek, Co Meath
Role description:
- Greet all visitors, direct and announce them appropriately
- Maintain security by controlling visitor access, ensuring they sign in on arrival
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Update appointment calendars for the Management Team
- Schedule meetings/appointments for the Management Team when required
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and collating information
- Ensure the meeting rooms are kept clean, tidy and well equipped
- Maintain stationary, ordering supplies as and when required
- General administrative duties
- Other related duties, as required
Suitable candidates should have:
- Ideally at least 1 years’ experience working in a receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
Salary: Negotiable.
