Manley has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team based at our Head Office in Duleek, Co Meath

Role description:

  • Greet all visitors, direct and announce them appropriately
  • Maintain security by controlling visitor access, ensuring they sign in on arrival
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Update appointment calendars for the Management Team
  • Schedule meetings/appointments for the Management Team when required
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and collating information
  • Ensure the meeting rooms are kept clean, tidy and well equipped
  • Maintain stationary, ordering supplies as and when required
  • General administrative duties
  • Other related duties, as required

Suitable candidates should have:

  • Ideally at least 1 years’ experience working in a receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.

Salary: Negotiable.
