Manley has an exceptional opportunity for a driven and eager Foreman to join our team.
We currently have a role for a Site Foreperson
Role description:
- Support the management of the day to day operation of the complete construction project from start to handover
- Completing daily / weekly check lists for Site Management
- Manage the trades on site
- Supervise Health and Safety and ensure all protocols are met
- Managing traffic on site
- Complete site inductions.
- Attend site management meetings.
- Complete the daily site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.
Suitable candidates should have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor working in Residential
- Residential Experience is essential
- Have clear understanding of current regulations both construction and health and safety
- Experience in management of Quality on site
- A track record in delivering projects on time and on budget
- Have basic computing skills as a minimum
- Be able to demonstrate methods to maintain and run projects efficiently
- A full clean European driver’s license
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent numeracy and computer skills
- Professional presence, dress and demeanour
