Receptionist / Office Administrator

General Role
 

  • Provide a professional and personable client facing service to those internal and external clients which come through the reception areas
  • To oversee the running of the reception area
  • To deal efficiently and professionally with a busy switchboard
  • To oversee the booking of meetings , appointments and viewings
  • To deal with the day to day administration duties involved in the running of a busy reception area
  • To manage projects and duties as they arise
  •
