Receptionist / Office Administrator
General Role
- Provide a professional and personable client facing service to those internal and external clients which come through the reception areas
- To oversee the running of the reception area
- To deal efficiently and professionally with a busy switchboard
- To oversee the booking of meetings , appointments and viewings
- To deal with the day to day administration duties involved in the running of a busy reception area
- To manage projects and duties as they arise
